This album is a collection of recordings from studio rehearsals for an outdoor performance where I was asked to provide an ambient soundscape.

The concept was to represent man and nature by the use of different tones, nature is generally cyclic .. rises and falls over extended periods of time, where as the elements representing man rise quickly to a stronger peak than the sounding natural textures, and fall off sharply - often leading to a substantial change in the resulting soundscape. Just how humanity's activity suddenly disrupts and often destroys, the habitats of many of Earth's non human inhabitants.

That was the idea anyway.

Performance was by using my Moog Subharmonicon, Eurorack system and Elektron Model:Samples to improvise the piece which I created especially for the occasion.
